Broken

Shards of Time
pierce my skin unseen,
while I gather
the broken pieces of my reflection.

Pin-pricks of pain
surprise me
when I put back together
my cracked image,
wondering
where the missing pieces have gone.

waqt ke tukde
chupp ke
mere maass mein chubhtey
jabki mein kar rahi hun
ikkatha
apnay pratibimb ke bikharay hissay

dard ki chubhan
mujhe karti vismit
jab samet-tea hun
apni bhikri aakriti
soch-tea hui
ki kahan gaye woh khoye hissay!
